Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from students, parents, and educational institutions to provide admission counseling for various courses offered by our organization.
Conduct telephonic conversations with potential clients to understand their requirements and preferences regarding education abroad.
Provide expert advice on course selection, university options, scholarships, visa applications, and other related services to facilitate successful student placements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software or similar tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to develop targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
