Eligibility, Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have 1 - 4 Years Experience into Recruitment, Hiring, Staffing & Sourcing.
• Freshers who wants to make their career into Human Resources & Recruitment Industry can also apply.
• Must have

  Good Communication Skills

  on English is mandatory.
• Must be a Graduation or Post Graduation (Optional - MBA in Human Resource Management).
• Must have Excellent Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Ethics, and Cultural awareness
• Work Knowledge of Recruitment & Human Resource Management.
• Resourceful, Problem-Solving Aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially in MS Excel/Google Sheet, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Should take the ownership right from taking the requirements from the Client, searching the best candidates based on the clients requirements.
• Calling the candidates taking the screening round verifying the candidates and their profiles & details and closing the positions and co-ordinate till the On-boarding/Joining of the candidate.
• understanding the requirements and research about the client.
• Identify the search criteria (Identify the key words) based on the objective of the position.
• Mass mailing on portals
• Response management.
• Shortlisting the profiles.
• Interacting with the clients & candidates.
• Achieving the targets.
• Closing the positions.

Salary Package:

• Annual CTC of Rs.1.25 to 1.75 Lac per annum plus performance based Incentives.

Monthly In-Hand between 12K to 15K only.
