About the Role

Bulk Hiring Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins.
Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers and Ops teams.
Organize and manage drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring events.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and daily hiring updates.
Ensure timely closure of large-scale hiring demands.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, HRBPs, and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
1-4 years of experience in bulk/volume hiring (BPO/ITES experience preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly hiring targets
Flexible to extend shifts and willing to work on weekends.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and ATS tools.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
