Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to photography inquiries.
Explain different photography packages (wedding, maternity, baby, birthday, etc.) to clients.
Follow up with leads received from social media, WhatsApp, and website.
Maintain client database, call records, and follow-up notes in Excel or CRM.
Share package details, offers, and photoshoot information over WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the photography and booking team for scheduled shoots.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business.
Achieve monthly booking and sales targets.
Represent the studio in a polite, professional, and customer-friendly manner.

Preferred candidate profile

Female candidate only
(freshers or experienced).
Must have
good communication skills
in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
Should be
confident, polite, and good at convincing customers.
Must be comfortable making calls and following up with leads daily.
computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge required.
Experience in
telecalling / customer care / sales coordination
preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates living near
Dhanori / Vishrantwadi / Tingre Nagar / Lohegaon / Viman Nagar / Yerwada
will be preferred.
Should have a positive attitude and interest in the
photography or creative field.
