Sales Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end sales of Designcenter, Simcenter, Teamcenter, Opcenter, Mendix, etc.
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities in enterprise and mid-market accounts across key sectors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in North India

Client Engagement

  • Consult with C-level stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives
  • Understand customer challenges and position companysolutions to deliver measurable business value
  • Negotiate and close large, complex enterprise deals

Team & OEM Management

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborate with companies partner managers, sales orchestrators, and business development teams
  • Drive effective account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting

Market Strategy

  • Analyze industry trends, competitor landscape, and market dynamics
  • Shape go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and technical teams
