Manager - Sales

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager - Sales to lead our sales operations and drive property sales across residential and/or commercial segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and achieving sales target.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed property sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, brokers, investors, and channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that drive lead generation.
