Role & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to find candidates.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screening. Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews.
Co-ordinate with the client technical panel and delivery Managers.
Stakeholder Management: Work with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates. Should be part of end to end recruitment.
Recruitment Administration: Maintain records in the ATS and assist with reports.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, basic IT knowledge, proficiency in MS Office.
Attributes: Motivated, Highly energetic, willing to learn, detail-oriented.
