Job Title: Chief Engineer Execution

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Experience Required: 20+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead overall execution of large-scale real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to project engineers, senior engineers, and site teams.

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple sites.

• Monitor contractors, consultants, and vendors for performance and compliance with project specifications.

• Establish and enforce construction quality, safety standards, and statutory compliance across projects.

• Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, estimates, and execution plans.

• Resolve critical technical and site-related challenges with effective solutions.

• Coordinate with top management, architects, consultants, and government authorities for project clearances and approvals.

• Drive cost control, risk management, and efficiency improvement initiatives.

• Mentor and develop engineering teams to build strong execution capabilities.

Key Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of real estate project execution, construction methodologies, and industry best practices.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to handle large teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and monitoring.

• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office tools.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).

• PMP / Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
