Your primary duties will include managing and coordinating technical activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing vessel performance. For the position of Technical Superintendent/Senior Technical Superintendent for Bulk Carrier/Container Vessels, you should have a Chief Engineer certification with 04-12 months of sailing experience on similar vessels. Candidates currently working in a Technical Superintendent role for Dry vessels for 1-6 years are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to individuals with Dry Dock and New build Projects experience. Similarly, for Technical Superintendent role in Product Tanker or Chemical Tanker Vessels, candidates with Chief Engineer certification and 04-12 months of sailing experience on such vessels are eligible to apply. Those with experience as a Technical Superintendent for Tanker vessels for 1-4 years are desired, especially if they have Dry Dock and New build Projects experience. If you are interested in the position of Fleet Personnel Manager for Gas Carrier Vessels, you should have 12 months sailing experience on LNG, LPG, or Chemical Tanker Vessels. Candidates with experience in manning department and managing a pool of tanker and gas vessels are preferred. Freshers transitioning from sailing to shore roles are also welcome to apply. As a Marine Superintendent specializing in HSEQ/Quality Audits, you will need 12 months sailing experience on Bulk Carrier or Tankers. Candidates currently working as Surveyors, Port State Inspectors, or Marine Superintendents in HSEQ/Quality for 1-2 years are encouraged to apply. Your responsibilities will include conducting QHSE inspections on ships and investigating incidents and near misses. For the role of Vessel Performance Manager, candidates with Chief Engineer or Second Engineer COC on main fleet vessels are eligible.
