We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Consultant to join our IT and Business Systems team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting all activities related to the Sales and Distribution (SD) module in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud . This role involves working closely with business users, understanding their requirements, and ensuring seamless operations through effective SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP SD-related support and configuration. Understand business requirements, analyze processes, and provide effective SAP SD solutions. Manage SD processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution . Collaborate with the AMS (Application Management Services) partner for system enhancements and developments. Prepare clear functional specifications and conduct thorough testing for all change requests. Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption. Ensure integration and consistency of SD processes with FI, MM, and PP modules . Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively to ensure minimal business disruption. Desired Skills & Experience: 45 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant . Mandatory experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution business processes . Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. Role & responsibilities : Lead Civil Project Planning & Execution: Prepare project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of all civil works across the plant. Drive Site Execution & Quality Control: Oversee day-to-day site activities, enforce quality standards, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and drawings. Ensure Safety & Statutory Compliance: Implement safety norms, promote a zero-accident culture, and ensure adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and environmental guidelines. Drawing Review & Technical Approvals: Review structural and architectural drawings, prepare estimates, validate BOQs, and coordinate with consultants for required approvals. Civil Maintenance Support: Provide technical assistance for maintenance of buildings, roads, storage areas, utilities, and other infrastructure within the plant. Vendor & Contractor Management: Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage performance of contractors and vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency. Monitor Project Progress & Reporting: Track project milestones, manage risks, resolve site issues, and present progress reports to management. Cost Management & Resource Optimization: Control project costs, validate measurements, certify bills, and optimize material and manpower usage. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Mechanical, Electrical, and other departments to support plant continuity and project needs. Drive Productivity & Improvement Initiatives: Lead Kaizens, implement 5S practices, promote innovation, and build capability through team training and development. Preferred candidate profile : Experience: 10 to 20 years in civil project execution within industrial, manufacturing, plant, or infrastructure environments . Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of civil construction, structural works, quality standards, safety norms, and industrial project specifications. Project Management Capability: Proven ability to plan, schedule, supervise, and deliver multiple civil projects within defined timelines and budgets. Safety & Compliance Orientation: Hands-on experience in enforcing safety protocols, statutory standards, and promoting zero-accident culture. Vendor & Contractor Handling: Skilled in vendor development, contract negotiation, billing verification, and performance monitoring. Drawing, Estimation & BOQ Knowledge: Proficient in reviewing drawings, validating quantities, preparing estimates, and coordinating with consultants. SAP & Documentation: Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems for project tracking, billing, and documentation. Leadership & People Management: Ability to lead site teams, manage workforce productivity, and drive training and improvement initiatives. Problem Solving & Decision Making: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve site issues, mitigate risks, and support uninterrupted operations. Technical Leadership: Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation, automation, AI adoption, and large-scale technology upgrades. Compliance & Governance: Hands-on experience with ISMS, ISO standards, audits, and regulatory compliance. Business Orientation: Ability to align IT initiatives with business strategy, operational goals, and cost-efficiency requirements. Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical capability with the ability to manage crises, downtime, and technology risks effectively.
