We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Consultant to join our IT and Business Systems team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting all activities related to the Sales and Distribution (SD) module in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud . This role involves working closely with business users, understanding their requirements, and ensuring seamless operations through effective SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP SD-related support and configuration. Understand business requirements, analyze processes, and provide effective SAP SD solutions. Manage SD processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Logistics Execution . Collaborate with the AMS (Application Management Services) partner for system enhancements and developments. Prepare clear functional specifications and conduct thorough testing for all change requests. Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption. Ensure integration and consistency of SD processes with FI, MM, and PP modules . Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively to ensure minimal business disruption. Desired Skills & Experience: 45 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant . Mandatory experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment. Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution business processes . Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach. Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in manufacturing or distribution industries is preferred.
