You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of The Fresh Factory in Lucknow, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and upholding the brand's commitment to quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing all departments (Caf, Retail, Kitchen, Operations, HR, and Finance) to achieve business goals. - Driving profitability while maintaining clean, ethical, and quality-first standards. - Supervising day-to-day operations such as service quality, inventory management, and cost control. - Cultivating a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and purpose. - Facilitating seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. - Collaborating with the team on menu innovation, marketing strategies, and community engagement. - Monitoring performance metrics including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. - Acting as the cultural anchor of the outlet and embodying the brand ethos. Qualifications required for this role: - 6+ years of experience in hospitality, QSR, retail, or lifestyle brand management. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - In-depth knowledge of customer experience, service standards, and brand representation. - Blend of data-driven decision-making and creative thinking. - Passion for clean eating, sustainability, and developing a modern Indian brand. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on treating the unit as your own business.,
