Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food & Beverage Executive located in Lucknow. The Food & Beverage Executive will oversee daily operations of the cafe, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include menu planning, inventory management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating with local suppliers for fresh produce, and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. Qualifications Experience in Food & Beverage Management and Customer Service Proficiency in Inventory Management and Menu Planning Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations Skills in Staff Management and Coordination with Suppliers Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
