Role Description This is a full-time Chef De Partie role, located on-site at The Fresh Factory in Lucknow. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of dishes in their designated section, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Daily tasks include food preparation, managing kitchen inventory, adhering to health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the kitchen team to create and execute menu items. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Cooking and food preparation skills, with experience in various culinary techniques Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a kitchen Ability to manage kitchen inventory and order supplies Excellent teamwork and communication skills Creativity and a passion for clean eating and sustainable cuisine Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a farm-to-fork or similar establishment is a plus Professional culinary training or relevant certification
