Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The Chef De Partie will oversee a designated section of the kitchen, preparing and managing food production processes with precision and creativity. Responsibilities include ensuring consistency in quality and presentation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards, assisting in training junior staff, and collaborating with the head chef to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Additionally, the Chef De Partie will contribute to menu development and stock management.

• Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and quality control
• Team management, leadership, and staff training capabilities
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic kitchen environment and manage high-pressure situations
• Creativity in developing new recipes and contributing to menu innovation
• Good time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or similar position in a professional kitchen
