Role Overview:

As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, maintaining the highest food standards, supporting junior staff, and contributing to innovative, ingredient-forward dishes.

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes consistently
• Manage and supervise your designated kitchen section
• Ensure food hygiene and safety protocols are followed
• Collaborate with the team on prep and service execution
• Support menu development and seasonal changes
• Maintain stock control and minimize kitchen waste

What We’re Looking For:

• Culinary degree or professional kitchen training
• Experience as a Demi Chef; CDP experience a plus
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and lead juniors
• Passion for sustainable, ingredient-focused cuisine
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
