Unit Head

Key Responsibilities: Operational Management

• Oversee daily cinema operations, including box office, concessions, housekeeping, and projection.
• Ensure all screenings run smoothly, on time, and without technical issues.
• Coordinate with film distributors for content scheduling and timely updates.

Team Leadership

• Manage, train, and motivate a team including supervisors, ushers, concession staff, and cleaning crew.
• Schedule shifts, track attendance, and manage performance.
• Foster a team culture focused on customer service and accountability.

Financial Management

• Monitor and manage budgets, revenue, and operational costs.
• Prepare daily and monthly financial reports (ticket sales, F&B revenue, etc.).
• Ensure proper cash handling and banking procedures.

Customer Experience

• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, service, and hospitality.
• Address and resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
• Conduct regular checks of lobby, auditoriums, restrooms, and F&B counters.

Facility & Compliance

• Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment (projectors, HVAC, sound systems).
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, hygiene, licensing, and other statutory regulations.
• Maintain safety standards for staff and patrons.

Sales & Promotions

• Work closely with marketing teams for local promotions and campaigns.
• Implement upselling techniques at box office and concessions to boost revenue.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
