About the Role:

We are looking for a Unit Head for Lucknow, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering world-class customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all departments (Café, Retail, Kitchen, Operations, HR, and Finance) to achieve business goals.
• Drive profitability while upholding the brand’s commitment to clean, ethical, and quality-first standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including service quality, inventory, and cost control.
• Build and nurture a high-performance team culture rooted in accountability and purpose.
• Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Collaborate with the team on menu innovation, marketing, and community engagement.
• Monitor metrics for performance tracking — including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Represent the brand ethos and act as the

  cultural anchor

  of the outlet.

Who You Are:

• 6+ years of experience in hospitality, QSR, retail, or lifestyle brand management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Deep understanding of customer experience, service standards, and brand representation.
• Data-driven, yet creative — someone who can balance process and personality.
• Passionate about clean eating, sustainability, and building a modern Indian brand.
