Unit Head

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring academic, administrative, and sales targets are met.
• Plan and execute student acquisition and admission campaigns at the local level.
• Supervise and motivate the counseling, admissions, and operations team for consistent performance.
• Handle walk-ins, inquiries, lead follow-ups, and ensure maximum student conversions.
• Ensure excellent student and parent experience through smooth communication and support.
• Manage branch budgets, petty cash, and basic financial reporting.
• Maintain coordination with Center Head / Regional Head for strategic goals and reporting.
• Drive community engagement, school visits, and local partnerships for lead generation.
• Oversee compliance, safety, and infrastructure maintenance within the branch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
