Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities: Cinema Operations

• Supervise end-to-end operations across departments (Box Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Security).
• Ensure all movie shows start and end on time without technical glitches.
• Oversee crowd management, queue control, and auditorium seat checks.

Staff Supervision

• Allocate daily responsibilities and break schedules to staff.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and behavior during shifts.
• Provide on-the-spot guidance or support to team members.

Revenue Handling

• Ensure proper cash management across counters and cash registers.
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation and report generation.
• Minimize pilferage and ensure accuracy in sales reporting.

Customer Service

• Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to the Unit Head.
• Ensure front-line staff maintain high hospitality standards.

Facility & Safety

• Conduct routine checks of auditoriums, restrooms, kitchen, and lobby areas.
• Ensure all emergency exits, signage, and fire safety equipment are functional.
• Report technical issues to maintenance or escalate as needed.

Sales & Upselling

• Promote combo offers, loyalty programs, or running promotions to increase sales.
• Encourage staff to upsell tickets and F&B items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
