UI/UX & Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design
end-to-end user experiences
for web and dashboard-based SaaS products.
Create
wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
using Figma.
Build and maintain a
scalable design system
with clear documentation and reusable components.
Collaborate with developers for smooth handoff and pixel-perfect implementation.
Work on
visual communication design
marketing visuals, social creatives, landing pages, and pitch decks.
Maintain design consistency and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.
Translate abstract ideas into strong visual narratives and user-friendly interactions.

Required Skills & Tools

UI/UX Design

Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components, Prototyping, Design Systems)
UX fundamentals — information architecture, usability, interaction design
Responsive web and dashboard design experience

Visual & Graphic Design

Adobe Photoshop
— image retouching, compositing, and UI graphics
Adobe Illustrator
— icons, vector illustrations, brand elements
Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro
— motion graphics & micro-interactions (preferred)
Branding, typography, and color theory expertise

Collaboration Tools

Notion / Linear / Jira for task management
Zeplin / Figma Inspect for developer handoff
Slack / Teams for communication

Good to Have

Experience designing for
SaaS or HRTech products
Familiarity with Framer, Webflow, or Wix Studio
for rapid prototypes
Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development basics
Experience with
3D / Lottie animations
(optional bonus)
