About Us:

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to deeply understand user needs and business objectives.
Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to craft engaging and intuitive experiences.
Develop and refine interactive UI components, including complex elements like dashboards, workflows, and masking interfaces.
Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate designs for optimal user satisfaction.
Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
Partner with developers to ensure accurate and smooth implementation of designs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UI/UX, or a related field.
1–3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer (SaaS or product-based experience preferred).
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles.
Experience in prototyping, wireframing, and creating pixel-perfect visual designs.
A keen eye for detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to balance aesthetics with usability.
Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively across teams.
