We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex ideas into clean, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences that reflect our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces for web and landing pages.

· Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to bring design concepts to life.

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and products.

· Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to improve user journeys.

· Ensure designs align with VRT’s brand identity and enhance the EGA program’s digital presence.

· Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.

· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

· 1–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (agency or in-house).

· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.

· Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.

· Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

· Experience with user research, persona building, and usability testing.

· Ability to translate business goals into functional and creative design solutions.

· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Pay: ₹12,688.54 - ₹30,981.35 per month
