Role Overview
We are seeking a talented
UI/UX Designer
to lead design efforts for our upcoming
online marketplace platform
spanning
Web, Mobile App (iOS/Android), and Admin Portal
. The platform will include
fixed-price and auction-based listings
, enhanced with
AI-powered features (smart recommendations, image recognition, predictive analytics), AR/VR product views, and multilingual support
.The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating
intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences
while ensuring design consistency, localization, and seamless developer handoff.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
- Own the end-to-end design process across Web, Mobile App, and Admin Portal.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system (components, typography, icons, color palettes).
User-Centered Design
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups (Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch).
- Map and optimize user flows for browsing, listing, auctions, checkout, and messaging.
Marketplace & Auction UI
- Design engaging product listing pages, advanced search & filters, and auction bidding interfaces with real-time updates.
- Incorporate trust-building UI elements (verified badges, ratings/reviews, dealer storefronts).
Advanced Feature UX
- Create intuitive UX for AI-powered features (image recognition search, personalization, predictive alerts).
- Design AR/VR interactions (360° product views, virtual staging).
Localization & Accessibility
- Ensure adaptability for multilingual support (English, Chinese, Greek).
- Implement WCAG-compliant designs, including voice input and speech-to-text.
Admin Portal UX
- Build dashboards with analytics visualizations, moderation tools, and quick actions.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and AI engineers.
- Provide detailed design specifications for development handoff.
- Iterate designs using user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (1+ year in marketplace/e-commerce).
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or Sketch, with strong design system creation skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS projects.
- Expertise in responsive design for Web and cross-platform Mobile Apps (React Native/Flutter handoff a plus).
- Knowledge of auction/bidding UX and real-time interaction patterns.
- Experience with AI-assisted UX flows (search, recommendations, chatbots, auto-fill).
- Familiarity with AR/VR product interactions and multimedia visualizations.
- Understanding of multilingual design and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to independently engage with clients, gather requirements, and present designs.
