We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join the CRO team. This role involves designing visually engaging and user-friendly elements that help improve conversion rates by enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of web platforms.

Mission of the Role

To support the design team by producing visually appealing website elements that drive engagement and improve conversion outcomes across digital platforms.

Day-to-Day Key Responsibilities:

1. Design user interfaces that are optimized for conversions and engagement.
2. Work with the development team to implement design elements.
3. Create mockups, wireframes, and final designs that align with CRO goals.
4. Design and improve UI/UX for both desktop and mobile platforms.
5. Keep up with design trends to ensure modern, engaging aesthetics.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
2. Understanding of UI/UX principles.
3. Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
5. Knowledge of CRO best practices is a plus.
