UI/UX Designer

At WTF! Studios, we design award winning brands and build immersive digital experiences that move fast and scale smart. We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who not only understands interface design, user journeys, and interaction patterns, but can also bring those designs to life using modern CMS platforms like Webflow and Framer.

What You'll Do

• Create intuitive and elegant UI/UX for websites, web apps, and product platforms
• Collaborate closely with developers and brand designers to bring visions to life
• Work on high-impact projects for top brands, global startups and disruptors
• Use tools like Figma for design and Webflow/Framer for deployment and prototyping
• Keep design accessible, scalable, and conversion-focused
• Own your work end-to-end, from research to wireframes to polished interfaces

What You Bring

• 3-4 years of experience in UI/UX design (agency/startup background preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing both desktop and mobile interfaces
• Hands-on experience building and shipping designs in Webflow or Framer
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and modern UI trends

Bonus: Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS, GSAP, Lottie, or Three.js
