UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance usability.
  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows.
  
• Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
  
• Develop and maintain consistent design systems, style guides, and UI components.
  
• Conduct usability testing and gather insights to improve user experience.
  
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
  
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as

  Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator

  , etc.
• Strong understanding of

  user-centered design principles

  and responsive design.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).
  
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an

  Agile/Scrum

  environment.
• Knowledge of

  design systems and accessibility standards

  .
• Ability to analyze metrics and user data to inform design decisions.
  
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is

  mandatory

  .
