Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience in web and mobile applications. The role involves converting client requirements into intuitive, visually appealing designs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with developers for smooth design-to-development handoff.
  Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and AI-powered design tools is essential. Strong client interaction, creativity, and attention to detail are key for success in this role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, target audience, and design vision.

• Convert requirement documents and client discussions into creative, functional, and visually appealing UI/UX designs.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to present to clients for feedback.

• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to refine designs and align with expectations.

• Build and maintain a design system for consistency across the application.

• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff.

• Use AI-powered tools to generate design variations, improve workflows, and enhance productivity.

• Conduct user research, collect feedback, and iterate designs for optimal user experience.

• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, design best practices, and emerging tools/technologies.

Must-Have Skills

• UI/UX Design Tools – Strong hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop/Illustrator.

• Client Interaction Skills – Ability to gather requirements directly from clients, understand their vision, and translate it into design concepts.

• Requirement-to-Design Conversion – Capability to create UI/UX designs directly from scope of work (SOW) or requirement documents.

• Wireframing & Prototyping – Experience in creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups.

• Design Systems & Style Guides – Ability to create reusable design systems ensuring consistency across products.

• User Research & Usability Testing – Experience in conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis.

• Responsive & Cross-Platform Design – Ability to design for web, mobile, and tablet with attention to detail.

• AI Adoption & Productivity – Proficiency in using AI tools to speed up design ideation, generate assets, and automate repetitive tasks.

• Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written English communication for client meetings and presentations.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks for better collaboration with developers.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Basic motion design/animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, Rive).

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.

• Ability to independently integrate HTML/CSS into Angular/React applications, create components, and structure projects without relying on other developers. Exposure to component-based architecture in Angular & React.

• Familiarity with tools like Miro, InVision, Zeplin, or Jira.

Candidate Profile

• 2.5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

• Strong client-facing skills — able to lead discussions, take ownership of requirements, and suggest creative improvements.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, user-centric workflows, and successful project deliveries.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.

• Comfortable using AI to shorten design cycles without compromising creativity.

• Figma AI Plugins – Auto-layout, design-to-code export, and content generation.

• Galileo AI – AI-powered UI design creation from text prompts.

• Uizard / Visily – Rapid wireframe-to-UI generation.

• Canva Magic Studio – Quick creative asset creation.

• ChatGPT / Claude – For UX copywriting, idea brainstorming, and requirement-to-wireframe conversion.

• Khroma – AI-based color palette generator.

• Runway ML – For creative design enhancements and animations.

• Fronty / Locofy.ai / Anima – AI-assisted design-to-code export.
