Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 INR per month (based on experience and skill level)

About the Role:

UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will:

• Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for digital products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Ensure consistent design language and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Continuously improve designs based on analytics, user behavior, and emerging trends.
• Stay current with the latest design tools, techniques, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Maintain design documentation, style guides, and reusable design systems.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product or digital agency environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Framer for design and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating responsive designs for web and mobile.
• Knowledge of interaction design and usability testing methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills to present and justify design decisions.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects is mandatory.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Exposure to analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mix panel.
• Experience designing for SaaS, e-commerce, or tech-based products.
