Role Overview

We are looking for a UI Designer to collaborate with our Digital Business team and support the design of cutting-edge technician tools, internal platforms, and customer-facing digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with product owners, engineers, and data teams to enhance the user experience of our digital products and create intuitive, visually engaging interfaces that drive efficiency for over 20,000+ service technicians worldwide.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic design vision of a global company that is transforming urban mobility through digitalization, IoT-driven solutions, and service innovation.

Responsibilities

Design user-centric interfaces for digital solutions, ensuring seamless interactions across various touchpoints.
Work alongside UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate user needs and business requirements into engaging UI designs.
Contribute to the development and usage of a design system that ensures consistency across platforms.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Ensure UI designs are aligned with TK Elevator’s brand identity and accessibility standards.
Support user testing and iteration, refining designs based on feedback and usability insights.
Participate in cross-functional workshops to co-create solutions with business stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in UI design for digital products, preferably in B2B, IoT, or enterprise applications.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI design expertise, interaction design, and a deep understanding of design principles.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or other industry-standard design tools.
Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with developers and UX teams.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions effectively.
Familiarity with design systems, accessibility best practices, and user-centered design methodologies.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a global team setup.
