Enables a superior brand experience , accelerates responsible growth and creates a secure environment Deceptive distribution is all about reviewing the path of the extensions developed by the developers, According to the policies of DD, the main motto of DD is to safeguard the users from DD over the chrome web store. Work against SPAM and other content violations in Chrome Web Store. The team manually reviews the items to ensure good user experience to the users on the Store. All the items in Chrome Web Store must abide by the Chrome Web Store Developer Guidelines. If any app found to be violating these guidelines they will be removed from the store.A workflow where the reviewers, draw to a conclusion by cross verifying the site with client policies, to ensure safe browsing. It is an attempt to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details, by projecting themselves as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication..Involves reviewing android application for PII leakages.Investigate the apps that request very sensitive scopes and to prevent users from being abducted of their personal data,etc.Investigate the Android apps that could potentially be harmful for the end users & provide them a pleasant experience in surfing Audit and manage effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risk. e.g. Policies; Anticorruption, BCM, InfoSec, P104, Records Management and Contractor controls. Establish processes to audit/validate current control effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field. Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, or technical workflows. C1 (CEFR) level English proficiency. Proficiency in querying structured data (e.g., SQL), log analysis tools, and dashboard creation. Familiarity with client-server architectures, APIs, and backend systems. Experience with JSON parsing, regex, and light scripting (e.g., Python). Ability to interpret and validate API functionality and request/response payloads. Exposure to metrics and dashboard tools to support data-informed triage. Understanding of priority/severity frameworks and classification schemas. Prior exposure to triaging infrastructure or algorithmic issues (ranking, backend performance). Understanding of A/B testing mechanisms and their impact on product reliability. Understanding of GenAI concepts (prompt engineering, LLM behavior, model evaluation) and popular GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities:

Investigate and triage internally reported issues across the platform’s product portfolio, delivering confirmed reproduction status and log analysis with supporting evidence. Provide categorized analysis of validated issues, including classification (UI, functional, backend, performance, etc.) and distinction between bugs, feature requests, and product feedback. Transform raw issue reports into engineering-ready specifications with enhanced clarity, completeness, and actionable detail. Identify and report systemic or recurring issue patterns with analytical insights. Deliver regular reporting on triage outcomes, trends, root cause analysis, and recommendations for process optimization. Ensure data privacy and security compliance for all user content, in accordance with platform standards. Meet and exceed SLAs and KPIs as defined by the program.
