What are we looking for?
MySQLGenerative AIPrior experience in computer science, QA testing, triage, bug reproduction, or labeling workflows 51.Familiarity with labeling best practices through prior experience in similar work environments 52:Impact of training data quality on model accuracy 53.Importance of labeling only observable information and avoiding speculative or inferred content 54.Dynamic multi-review (DMR) workflows to increase label confidence 55.Taxonomy evolution and recognizing when common edge cases require refinement of existing labels 56.
Roles and Responsibilities: Prior experience interpreting user-reported issues 45.Ability to interpret user-reported bugs with varying levels of clarity and detail, and make consistent labeling decisions based on pre-defined issue categories 46.Ability to execute labeling protocols and differentiate between different types of bug reports and user feedback 47.Familiarity with common categories of software issues (e.g., crashes, freezes, rendering issues, latency) 48.Understanding of basic mobile vs. web distinctions or platform-specific terminology 49.Familiarity with label tooling or annotation user interfaces 50.
