What You Can Expect Develop and maintain testbenches for IP, subsystem, and SoC-level verification Design and implement UVM-based verification environments Write and execute directed and random test cases Perform functional coverage analysis and debug failures Collaborate with design, architecture, and validation teams to ensure verification completeness Participate in code reviews, quality improvement, and problem-solving initiatives What We're Looking For - Bachelor's degree in CS/EE with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in CS/EE with 8-10 years of relevant experience - Strong background in IP, Subsystem and SoC verification, including methodology and testbench development - Proficient in hardware verification languages such as Verilog, SystemVerilog, UVM, and C/C++ - Solid understanding of verification methodologies: object-oriented programming, white-box/black-box testing, directed/random testing, coverage analysis, and gate-level simulations - Experience in Unix/Linux environments scripting skills in Shell, Perl, or Python are a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills - Capable of interfacing effectively at all levels within and outside the organization - Proactive in participating in problem-solving and quality improvement initiatives Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements With competitive compensation and great benefits, you will enjoy our workstyle within an environment of shared collaboration, transparency, and inclusivity. We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the quality and performance of our Driivz products-a leading platform in the electric vehicle charging ecosystem. As part of our team, you&aposll be responsible for identifying issues, ensuring seamless functionality, and helping to shape the future of sustainable mobility. Develop, execute, and maintain end-to-end (E2E) tests for web and mobile applications, covering both new features and existing product customizations. Perform white-box and black-box testing across multiple system components. Review product specifications to define and refine test requirements. Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure high-quality releases. Identify potential risks and suggest proactive solutions to improve product stability and performance. Keep up with industry trends, new testing tools, and best practices to enhance test efficiency. 3+ years of experience in QA testing for complex, large-scale software systems. Hands-on experience testing both Client-side (UI) and Server-side (APIs, backend logic). Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or equivalent. Strong debugging skills, including experience using browser developer tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for root cause analysis. Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal). Self-motivated, independent, and highly responsible with a proactive approach to quality assurance. Nice-to-Have Skills. Experience working in a Linux-based environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Knowledge of Tomcat, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
