Looking for Treasury ExecutiveLocation - WorliCompany Description - Media Production HouseCTC offered - 6 to 8 LPAKey Responsibilities -

• Manage daily Bank reports i.e. Bank reconciliations, fund positioning of banks, fund flow management, mutual funds and other investment and loans/NCD/LAS, and liquidity requirements.• Execute payments, fund transfers (RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/Foreign remittance), vendor payouts, and intercompany transfers, coordinate with CA Firm for 15CA/CB requirement for remittance, • Monitor and maintain bank balances, short-term investments, and overdraft limits, prepare calculations Interest payout and track with payments, also Maintain updated documentation for KYC, FATCA, investment approvals, etc• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Banks MIS reports• Coordinate with multiple banks for account management, broking firms for fund house for movements, and resolving operational issues. • Execute mutual fund purchases, redemptions, and switch transactions, prepare gain loss calculations of redemption from mutual funds and pass in tally with inventory (units) and track with CAMS. Maintain records of NAVs, units, returns, and portfolio performance.• Co-ordinate with AMCs for documentation, KYC, and investment confirmations, to pass entries for contract notes for buying and selling transactions and make the payments to broking firm within stipulated period, mange the ledger balances of multiple brokers vs Tally system and banks,• Process equity/Mutual Fund transactions through brokers or custodians.• Manage Demat account operations, pledging/unpledging of securities, and corporate action tracking.• Reconcile DP statements, contract notes, and investment holdings.• Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts, investment portfolios, and broker statements.• Prepare treasury dashboards, variance analysis, and cash forecasts.• Support internal and statutory audits with required documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.4–6 years of hands-on experience in treasury operations and investment/back-office functions.Strong knowledge of: Banking operations/Mutual fund transactions/Demat & broking activities/Reconciliation & fund management/Proficiency in Excel, Tally ERP systems.Strong analytical skills, good communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines/Experience in corporate treasury or financial services.
