Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager Treasury will be responsible for managing key treasury functions, including compliance, cash flow management, investor relations, and financial reporting. The role requires a strong analytical mindset to oversee post-disbursement compliance, repayment tracking, and audit management. The candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, lenders, and investors to ensure smooth treasury operations, accurate financial reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

• Overseeing post-disbursement compliance activities, including but not limited to:

a) Quarterly Compliance

b) Monthly Compliance

c) Half-Yearly Compliance

d) Annual Compliance

• Managing lender and NCD investor repayments
• Conducting receivables audits
• Preparing monthly review presentations
• Compiling ALCO presentations
• Generating monthly receivable statements
• Handling ad-hoc compliance queries from lenders/investors
• Maintaining relationships with lender operations/compliance teams
• Preparing and managing daily and monthly cash flows
• Overseeing mutual fund investments based on daily cash flow requirements
