Develop and maintain detailed production plans for export and VAD pouching orders, considering machine and manpower capacity, material availability, and customer deadlines Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely execution of export orders and dispatches Monitor daily work-in-progress (WIP), update stakeholders on order status, and address any bottlenecks or delays Liaise with export logistics teams to align production plans with shipping schedules and ensure all export documentation is in order Plan and control inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables required for export and VAD pouching jobs Analyze and optimize machine and manpower allocation for maximum efficiency and minimal wastage Prepare regular reports on production status, order fulfillment, and export performance for management review Ensure compliance with export regulations and customer specifications for international shipments Monitor daily work-in-progress (WIP), update stakeholders on order status, and address any bottlenecks or delays Support process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction Preferred candidate profile Experience in production planning/control in flexible packaging (exports/pouching preferred).
