Job Description

Manage daily cash flow requirements and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
Monitor and control working capital, including receivables, payables, and short-term funding.
Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Execute and monitor treasury-related transactions including fund transfers, forex, and investments.
Prepare and review treasury MIS reports, forecasts, and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Support risk management initiatives related to currency, interest rate, and investment exposures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve treasury efficiency and align with business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting; MBA/CA/ICWA preferred.
48 years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
Strong knowledge of financial instruments, banking operations, and ERP systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
