Job Description

Transformation Leader

Experience Required: 10+ years in sales, channel development, or program management roles

Educational Qualification: Any graduate, MBA (preferred)


Purpose of the Role

To lead and manage strategic programs aimed at maximizing revenue, enhancing productivity, and strengthening governance within the Agency channel. This role is pivotal in driving field force effectiveness, supporting FC recruitment and development, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


Program & Channel Management

- Design, implement, and manage productivity enhancement programs for the Agency channel.

- Drive governance mechanisms to ensure adherence to processes, audits, and compliance standards.

- Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the Agency channel footprint.

- Identify and implement new initiatives to support channel growth and sustainability.

- Track and report progress on key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Sales Force & FC Recruitment Support

- Support the sales team in FC recruitment through training, tools, and process guidance.

- Drive initiatives to improve FC productivity, engagement, and retention.

- Assist new joiners in understanding FC recruitment processes and tools.

- Track and support PRL exam scheduling and FC activations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with HR, Training, Compliance, and Operations to support the FC lifecycle.

- Ensure smooth coordination with internal stakeholders for effective program delivery and issue resolution.

Data & Performance Management

- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights through MIS and dashboards.

- Leverage data analytics to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement in FC performance and recruitment.


Essential Skills & Competencies

- In-depth knowledge of the Agency business model and field operations.

- Strong planning and organizational abilities.

- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.

- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

- Familiarity with mobility tools and digital sales enablement platforms.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
