About The Role
smallcase has expanded significantly, along with our network of broker partners. As this ecosystem grows, it becomes crucial to ensure that brokers and Relationship Managers (RMs) are well-trained and confident in their understanding of our product.The trainer’s role will be to equip them with the right knowledge and skills to effectively communicate smallcase’s value proposition, address client queries with confidence, and pitch more effectively to their clients—ultimately driving stronger adoption and business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct engaging training sessions on smallcase for partners, distributors, and internal teams
- Initiate and execute training programs aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with the team to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning modules
- Develop training materials & presentations
- Collect feedback from participants and share actionable insights for improvement
- Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and effectiveness reports
What We Look For In You
- Basic understanding of stock markets & investment products
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training & development
- Strong public speaking & presentation skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other training tools
- Comfortable with both physical and virtual training formats
- Willingness to travel for partner sessions and events
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (additional regional languages will be an advantage)
- Ability to design and customize training content based on audience profiles
- Fluent in English & Hindi ( additional languages are an advantage)
