Role & responsibilities Develop and implement Learning and Development focusing on talent development Technical / Sales training. Develop and built the L&D department as a strategic learning partner for OD. Create a learner-friendly eco-system to assess T&D needs, design plan developmental sessions Support Training and sales team in Product training, New launches, and skill training Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness. Provide feedback and support to trainees. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. Maintain accurate records of training activities. Collaborate with other trainers and sales managers.
Role & responsibilities Assess organizational needs of operating, business and functional units. Drive alignment within the business units to provide role and functional group clarity among roles. Develop and implement strategic human resources policies including recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee Engagement development Work on the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies to meet business needs and program goals. Collaborate with Other departments to design and implement the most effective organizational structures. Lead talent assessment that are under the scope of the role including identifying key employee strengths and development needs. Develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain talent. Work with Top management and employees to create a positive and engaging work environment. Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and employment policies Implement and manage HR technology solutions (HRMS tools). Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and diversity & inclusion initiatives. Oversee gap in manpower and recruitment procedure, guide team for recruitment strategy with budget and planning. Ensuring that all HR policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
