Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Should have worked in housing projects
Plan, schedule, and supervise day-to-day construction activities across all sites.
Prepare and monitor project timelines, work progress reports, and billing schedules.
Ensure quality control, material checks, and adherence to approved drawings.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
Manage labor deployment, contractor performance, and cost control.
Conduct regular site visits and review meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
Handle site documentation, work orders, purchase approvals, and progress updates.
Ensure compliance with
PUNJAB RERA
, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and design departments for smooth project execution.
