Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement Learning and Development focusing on talent development Technical / Sales training.
Develop and built the L&D department as a strategic learning partner for OD.
Create a learner-friendly eco-system to assess T&D needs, design plan developmental sessions
Support Training and sales team in Product training, New launches, and skill training
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
Provide feedback and support to trainees.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of training activities.
Collaborate with other trainers and sales managers.
