Training Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy & Planning: •Develop and execute the annual training and development plan in alignment with organizational goals. •Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) through surveys, performance evaluations, and consultations with business leaders. •Design and implement competency-based learning frameworks for technical, functional, and soft skills. •Create training calendars, budgets, and resource plans for all departments. Program Design & Delivery: •Develop and deliver training content, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and workshops. •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for specialized training programs. •Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended training sessions for employees and managers. •Incorporate interactive learning methods such as case studies, simulations, and role plays. •Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees. Monitoring & Evaluation: •Measure training effectiveness through feedback forms, assessments, and performance outcomes. •Maintain training records, attendance, and impact analysis reports. •Continuously improve programs based on feedback and evolving organizational needs. •Prepare and share monthly/quarterly training dashboards and reports with management.
