Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Develop and deliver process training programs to enhance employee performance, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Design and implement effective feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop competency maps, skill matrices, and throughput plans for improved business outcomes.
  • Utilize various training models such as OJT, Addie, TNE, TNI, TNA, CBT, WBT etc. to meet organizational needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
  • Strong understanding of leadership skills development principles.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging learning materials using different formats like PPTs, PDFs etc. .
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply.
