Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct Training Needs Identification (TNI) and Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
Develop and deliver process training programs to enhance employee performance, productivity, and efficiency.
Design and implement effective feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop competency maps, skill matrices, and throughput plans for improved business outcomes.
Utilize various training models such as OJT, Addie, TNE, TNI, TNA, CBT, WBT etc. to meet organizational needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
Strong understanding of leadership skills development principles.
Proficiency in creating engaging learning materials using different formats like PPTs, PDFs etc. .
Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply.
