Job Description

Company is looking for Admin head who can handle admin work of different location.

General Administration:

Managing day-to-day administrative operations across offices.
Monitor AMCs and ensure timely renewal .
Managing assets , office supplies.
Manage SIM distributions and EPABX

Vehicle Management:

Ensure Timely renewal of Insurance and PUC Company Vehicle.
Coordinate with other department for requirement of Vehicle

Facility Management:

Managing Guest House and Hotels for Guests
Ensure upkeep, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance of building premises.
Support in space allocation and seating arrangements as per departmental requirements.
Ensure timely repair, renovation, and maintenance work as needed.
Coordinate statutory compliance related to the fire safety, electrical audits, etc.

Security Management:

Supervise security Guards and ensure deployment of Security Guards as per requirement.
Conduct periodic security audits and ensure compliance with safety norms.
Audit and report any security breaches.
Coordinate with local police and emergency services as necessary.

Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors for administrative and facility, services.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies related to admin and facility operations.
Maintain updated records for licenses, agreements, and certifications.
