Worst service ever, wifi keeps going down cuz their workers fix it in some shitty way and they dont even come at night so it becomes a matter of next day. Don't go for netplus

One of the worst network providers. I paid my bill one day late and phone customer care. They opened the ticket but my connection is not activated. It’s been 5 days. One of the worst service i experienced. Not recommended for those who need internet for every day needs.

Applied connection on behalf of my company. Payment made on 16th Dec 2024 to Netplus. But till the time, I did not receive any payment receipt from Netplus. Multiple time calls & follow up has been taken. But all in vain.
