Role Summary

We are seeking a Program Manager

The ideal candidate is a training leader with strong program management skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact learning experiences at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Strategy & Program Development -

    Implement structured training programs for various employee segments (new hires, tenured teams, leadership, etc.). Build role-based learning journeys that address core skills, compliance, technical knowledge, and behavioral competencies. Translate business priorities into actionable learning programs.

  • Program Management & Delivery Oversight -

    Manage end-to-end lifecycle of training programs: needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation. Ensure consistency, scalability, and localization of training content across regions or teams. Own the training calendar and oversee timely execution through internal teams or external vendors.

  • Trainer Management & Facilitation Quality -

    Lead, mentor, and upskill internal trainers. Drive consistent facilitation standards through coaching, audits, and feedback mechanisms. Support content design, session planning, and facilitation when needed.

  • Measurement, Analytics & Optimization -

    Define success metrics and measure the impact of training through assessments, performance metrics, and feedback loops. Use insights to iterate and improve learning interventions. Leverage AI and digital tools for content delivery, tracking, and reporting.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration -

    Collaborate with Business, Sales & Operations, and Product teams to stay aligned with changing skill requirements and performance trends. Ensure onboarding, functional training, and leadership development programs integrate well into the employee lifecycle.

  • Ability to translate business language into learning strategy.
  • High proficiency in tools like Excel and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
