Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team at the Crowne Plaza. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in training coordination or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage all aspects of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
Develop and implement effective training strategies to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training content.
Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Analyze training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in training coordination or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with training software and technologies, such as learning management systems.
