Training Coordinator

Job role:

We are looking for a skilled co-ordinator who will be able to augment the training team to ensure the trainings are effectively planned, all the pre and post training activities are completed. Should be able to interface with the clients to effectively co-ordinate and also grow the business.

Responsibilities :

• Reach out to customers to understand their training requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation, records, and reports related to training activities.
• Work with the customers to plan the trainings and publish a training calendar
• Schedule the trainings, maintain the LMS and ensure the same is delivered flawlessly.
• Register candidates, update records of the training
• Develop content and create collaterals for the training
• Work with the channel partners, keeping them updated and help them with signups.

Requirements :

• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BBM or the like. A degree in Food/Nutrition will be given preference
• Must have 0 to 2 year of relevant experience co-ordinating activities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to converse in English, Hindi and Kannada
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Should have knowledge about Canva.

Local (Bangalore) candidates will be given preference.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
