Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Coordinate corporate training programs for insurance professionals, focusing on skill gap analysis and behavioral training.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify knowledge gaps and develop customized training solutions.
Manage the entire lifecycle of a training program, from planning to evaluation, ensuring effective delivery and impact measurement.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging learning materials that meet business objectives.

Job Requirements :

1-6 years of experience in corporate training or related field.
Strong understanding of TNI principles and practices for identifying skill gaps.
Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
