Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate corporate training programs for insurance professionals, focusing on skill gap analysis and behavioral training.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify knowledge gaps and develop customized training solutions.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of a training program, from planning to evaluation, ensuring effective delivery and impact measurement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging learning materials that meet business objectives.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-6 years of experience in corporate training or related field.
  • Strong understanding of TNI principles and practices for identifying skill gaps.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
