Key Responsibilities : Sales Development : Promote and sell construction chemicals such as adhesives, sealants, concrete additives, waterproofing materials, etc., to retailers and contractors. Generate new sales opportunities and expand the customer base through retail channels. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and contractors. Provide technical advice and product recommendations based on customer needs. Address customer inquiries, resolve product issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge & Training : Stay up-to-date with product features, technical specifications, and industry trends. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for retail staff and customers on proper product application and usage. Market Research & Reporting : Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies. Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to management. Promotions & Campaigns : Support marketing initiatives by coordinating promotional activities, discounts, and special offers. Help design and execute in-store promotions and ensure product visibility. Problem Solving : Identify customer challenges or objections and provide effective solutions. Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications : Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction chemicals, building materials, or related industries. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and partners. Solid understanding of construction chemicals and their applications. Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex product details. Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Other : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Ability to travel as required to meet customers, visit retail locations, and attend industry events. Working Conditions : Full-time position, with some travel required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
